Extracurricular Activities

Student Council

Student council is very active in our school. Student council is involved in public relations activities, fundraising, school events including dances and assemblies, and lots of other important roles. The council meets every Wednesday afterschool. All are welcome to attend. This is a great way to get involved in school activities and to get to know your fellow students.

Student council helped to organize the Terry Fox walk in September, raising over $600 for cancer research.

Student council held two fundraisers for Heart and Stroke Foundation in April - Hoops for Hearts and Jump Rope for Heart.

Sports

Our school has many students involved in sports. We havee sent teams this year to soccer tournaments, volleyball tournaments and upcoming track and field. Many of our athletes are featured on our facebook page where parents, staff and students share their great photos.
